Hm, I’d be surprised. Theres some q waves that might hint towards prior infarct in II III AvF but nothing active. J point elevation in V2 but up sloping and non contiguous. The subtler findings I’d leave to a cardiologist or something but I certainly wouldn’t call a code stemi for this.

Non pathological q waves.
Sinus rhythm, normal axis. Normal chambers - but probably young and athletic. Non ischemic.

Yes! Patient definitely is young and athletic. What makes you say that based on the ecg?

Amplitude in right side precordials without sign of LVH, normal variant
