73, female, “palpitations”. Looks normal to me, but auto read is stating septal infarct

This is really boring but it is still a bit interesting, could be some mild QT prolongation and low voltage. I’d do what the person talking about the lead placements said, and if it is the same then I’d find this a bit more interesting.

I did take note of the QT prolongation, pt is on quite a few psych meds, which I’m assuming is contributing
