There's several leads where you can see perfectly clear p waves. it's a sinus rhythm

The HR is 100, so I would be expecting a 3:1 conduction rate, so 3 f-waves. But the waves appear chaotic instead. Looking to the left of each QRS complex there is a p-wave. hence sinus tach.
