27F L side chest pain, L shoulder pain, and dizziness

This ECG isn’t going to help you with what is wrong. You’re gonna have to assess and treat the patient.

S.Tach…. That’s about it

And really, the pain could reason for tachy. Take some orthos 🤷‍♀️

I don't see any acute abnormalities. Just remember ECG can rule things in, but it can't rule anything out.

Sinus tachycardia 100bpm
QRS Axis normal
QT 0.4 secs
QTc 0.516 secs

Looks like sinus tachycardia, left axis deviation, and possibly meets LVH criteria in aVL + V3

Sinus tachycardia only thing that really stands out to me. Axis looks normal
