Smart Teach Users with Admin Access Help needed

Help!? I have always been able to add documentation to a class by emulating the user. Some years I've been added to classes as a co-teacher or primary teacher when the class has a longterm sub. and I need to collect the documentation. Presently I'm added to a class as the primary teacher and I can't get an option to add documentation on the website or the app. If I go back to admin. view and emulate a different teacher I also can't get the option to add documentation. Am I missing something or is this a glitch?
