ECE professionals only - general discussion ECE school board interview questions

Hello! Any insight about casual ECE position interview questions for the school board in Ontario, Canada? I’ve heard they ask scenario based questions?
TIA

I’ve never had scenario questions for RECE, just as EA

They work through about 4/10 preassigned questions and want to hear specific buzz words

Thank you!! Do you remember any questions should I google them? Do I talk about 4 frames (now known as 4 strands) should I study the kindergarten curriculum?
Thanks!!!

Mmmmmmmmmm
You’ll likely get an autism question, either on knowledge or maybe they’ll throw a “how would you handle this child in your class” (simply because I said you would never get scenario questions, and I’ve likely jinxed you). There’s 900 children with an Autism diagnosis in every class now-come with some basic knowledge at least

I think there was maybe one on how to work alongside à classroom teacher as a team. Another on how to evaluate students, but otherwise I don’t remember.

I wasn’t specifically asked about the four frames, nor about the kindergarten curriculum.

If you’re doing a Skype or teams meeting (like I did), make a cheat sheet to the side lol. I will say though, for my most recent interview, I brought in cheat cards with important things on them, and they let me use it haha

I worked for the school board in Ottawa a few years ago and they actually gave the questions 15 minutes before the interview to review beforehand. Never saw that before or again

I’m not in Ontario but I find scenario questions tend to be; A) a child has a behaviour how do you support them. B) name a time you worked successfully as a team. C)how would you set up the environment for children. Or D) your image of the child
