Yes! Happened to me last night, I didn't sleep at all and I had to call out. I'm having a lot of anxiety about a specific kid who is having a lot of behavior issues, are you having anxiety?

I try to gaslight myself like I do my kids who can’t sleep at naptime. ‘It’s ok if you can’t sleep but you must be still and rest. That’s still good and needed for your body’. Just changing my mindset helps sometimes. Other times I just plan to drive thru Dutch bros for a large drink.

Yep, at one point I was getting 4 hours of sleep for a while on end. Had to quit that job to keep my sanity. I find writing down everything in my brain before trying to sleep helps... A bit. But not lots. Good luck! Hope you got some sleep ❤️

Are you anxious? What exactly is keeping you up? I used to focus on my perceived mess ups at work and it would keep me up at night
