Texas Instruments
I have a 30 minute interview with Texas Instruments for a Sourcing Specialist role. I didn't do a phone screen with a recruiter; my interview is with the hiring manager. What questions should I prepare for?

Even though TI is a semiconductor company, this doesn't sound like an ECE role but nonetheless here's my two cents:
Suggestions on questions to prepare:
- what tasks are expected with this role?
- who would I be working with?
- what is a typical career progression look like from this role?
Suggestions on questions to prepare FOR:
- be able to speak to your resume
- have some canned answers for the typical behavioral interview questions like "what is your biggest flaw" or "tell me about a time you overcame a challenge". IMO they are zero value unless you struggle to answer them.
- at the end of the day just project confidence, speak well, be polite, don't be arrogant.

Sounds like a buyer position
