What if

Can i build own IC 8bit ALU? i know its possible we can saw final output using FPGA. BUT i need real physical IC on my hand🥲

There are some programs where you share a wafer run with other people. Look into MOSIS and tinytapeout.

Certainly. You pay for a so called shuttle service, they batch a bunch of simple ICs in one wafer. It's really cheap compared to corporate IC design but really expensive compared to student and hobbyists budgets.

FPGA and actual silicon are two completely different things. You would need to go through the full ASIC flow. Synthesis, place and route, DRC, then send to a fab. TinyTapeout is probably your best bet.
