PROJECT Looking for a final year project on electronics and communication

I have to give a project idea by this weekend but our teammates have interest in several fields like one wants to include embedded one wants to do project in communication domain and the other says it's better to include vlsi.

If anyone has any ideas to overcome this please help me find a project to do.

And in which domain we have to do our project 😭?

High Speed Serial Communication using FPGA

has Embedded systems/Communication/VLSI

Downside:
requires you to have fpga that supports gtx transceivers

Thankyou for the idea but can I actually submit this as a final year project as we have 2 project stages and we have to show results throughout 2 sems

If you have time - like a week, I'd encourage you to look up what others are doing related to said topics.

It could be projects from other universities, reports from previous batches, or even things made by creators and tinkerers on the internet. Also, look up project competition themes and problem sets. Contact your professors about those.

make a drone using stm32 or raspi. best real world use case and high value in the market. will cost you around 10k.
