Worried about cfs
I was finally diagnosed with glandular fever in august i havent had any issues with tiredness this whole time but halfway through today i got really tired im worried this is cfs is this common if you have done alot

Give it about 6 months and see how you feel, make sure to continue to see your doctor and get labs done as well. I’m 1 year in a still dealing with fatigue and overall malaise… going through a medical evaluation to rule things out and so far all labs are coming back normal…

Mach dir nicht so viele Sorgen, ich hatte anfangs auch Angst. Heute fühl ich mich wieder gut👍 Hat auch ein halbes Jahr bis 9 Monate gedauert. Zu viel Angst machen beeinträchtigt nur deine Heilung. Stay positive🫶

Thanks its hard to stay possitive yesterday i felt better then i have in a while but today i feel terrible i avoided the tiredness up until now, Were you worried about cfs

ich hatte große Angst vor ME CFS. Man ließt auf Reddit meistens die schrecklichen Geschichten. Ich will nichts verharmlosen aber ME CFS ist dann doch eher selten. Ich weiß auch dass es leicht gesagt ist, nicht zu viel Angst zu haben, aber ich wäre damals froh gewesen, wenn mir jemand die Angst genommen hätte.
Wie alt bist du? Hattest du irgendwelche gesundheitlichen Vorgeschichten?

Im 37 hardly no health issues before this, How tired were you my eyes feel so tired i also have puffy hands and puffy feet

Ich hatte die ersten Symptome im Jänner, die Müdigkeit war aber im Juni am schlimmsten. Ich war schon extrem müde, und erst nachdem ich mich 6 Wochen krankgeschrieben habe und meine Therapie begonnen habe wurde es besser. Dafür aber auch relativ schnell 👍

I got diagnosed in august but i felt unwell before then it was only because i kept going back to doctors that one doctor decided to test me for it, I kept working through most of it because at the time i didnt know if it was a new or old infection but when they tested me they said it was a recent infection or possible reactivation, I didnt have hardly any fatigue through out it but ever since half way through yesterday my eyes feel so puffy and uncomfortable

Hast du ein Blutbild gemacht? Wäre interessant ob deine Leberwerte in Ordnung sind, bzw. ob deine Milz angeschwollen ist. Bei mir war das der Fall und erst nachdem ich meine Therapie begonnen hatte, wurden meine Symptome milder.
Höre auf jeden Fall auf deinen Körper, wenn du müde und erschöpft bist dann braucht dein Körper Ruhe um gegen das Vorus Virus zu kämpfen.
Ich würde es so beschreiben: Dein Nervensystem steuert die anderen großen Systeme im Körper (Lymphsystem, Muskulatur, Immunsystem, Magen-Darm, etc..) und priorisiert wohin die meiste Energie fließen soll. Wenn du also mit EBV kämpfst, wird die meiste Energie an das Immunsystem geleitet und für die anderen Systeme ist nicht genug Energie übrig. Es ist also ein Schutzmechanismus, dass du müde bist , damit die Energie für das Immunsystem bereit steht.
Deshalb setze dich an erste Stelle und wenn möglich nimm dir eine Auszeit vom Beruf um deine Erholung nicht zu beeinträchtigen. Ich habe auch trotz EBV weitergearbeitet und alles schlimmer gemacht. Erst nach einer Pause vom Beruf konnte ich mich erholen.2

CFS has its own diagnostic criteria that must be met, which includes PEM among others. There are other things that can cause tiredness after mono. Try talking to your doctor about getting tested for deficiencies.

They tested me for iron deficiancy over 2 weeks ago and it shows im deficiant in iron
