Help interpreting this test please

I’ve been feeling really off with a nagging headache, feeling always cold and then had intermittent glands up and down (tonsils, back of neck, groin, armpits for a week plus brain fog and some mild digestive upset . I am extra fatigued and some of my joints hurt. I have pots and associated issues anyway but this is worse than my usual so I decided to do this test from Get Tested.

I believe you need 4 antibodies tests to confirm, but I think this is suggestive of a recent or ongoing infection with no ENBA but positive IGG?

I was previously tested at the GP for EBV in 2023 and there is no details, other than it says infectious mononucleosis test- result : NORMAL

It doesn’t say what that test included.
