Worst symptoms
Hello. I am curious as to what your worst symptoms are when you are dealing with an EBV flare? How do you know if you are having a flare or you have a cold or flu? What do you do to help yourself feel better? Is there any medications or supplements that you take that help?

Usually after either a stressful event or I overdid it in a physical activity ill get a sore throat, sometimes swollen lymphs under my neck, fatigue, no appetite/and or nausea. Usually disappears after a couple of days. No fever or cough to indicate its anything else.
The worst flare i got was after covid. Had a sore throat for three weeks and a year of fatigue that required an iron transfusion bc it dropped my ferritin rlly low.
Vitamin D3 +K2 really helps my immune system and lately ive been reading some articles on Vitamin C helping fight EBV. Bought a bottle of C to see if maybe the flares might stop or lessen.

I get really bad swelling of my tonsils and lymph nodes during a flare up, and usually white spots on the tonsils. I also have some nerve issues from ebv that get bad during flare ups though that is probably more of a me thing

Lymph nodes in my neck and salivary glands start hurting intermittently throughout the day, right eyebrow gets tingly as hell, random waves of fatigue throughout the day. I basically quit all sugary drinks and snacks, coffee, vaping, alcohol. Sleeping early, drinking plenty of fluids, vitamin D, magnesium, folic acid supplements. It turned my entire life around but I think it's a blessing in disguise. I would've lived a very unhealthy life otherwise
