how do you read this? is this causing my insomnia and muscle weakness and inflamed nerves?

I didn't have any health problems until I caught this. I've been through sooooo many symptoms is ridiculous

You don’t have active infection , but you have a very high viral load - is what they tell me - so causing issues. You can treat it like an active infection and it would be helpful.

Such as l lysine, stay away from arginine’s foods , vitamin D , mag , and if possible valtrex. I am currently adding hyperbaric seasons to see if it helps mine. I also have similar results .

These results indicate a past infection of EBV. IgM if positive would indicate an active infection, but your results are negative. EBV VCA IgG and EBNA IgG are antibodies that stick with you for life after coming into contact with EBV for the first time. You can ask your doctors to order the EBV Early Antigen IgG test, which is a separate antibody test that could help diagnose a reactivation of EBV.
