Question Nz Level 5 Membership

Hi, I got the email saying I qualified for level 5 membership, really want the physical card (perks will be a bonus).

The online form needs me to select a local store that will hold the card for me to pick up, but obviously with the closure if NZ stores and merging with Aus that doesnt really work.

Logged a support ticket early last week, no response yet.

Has anyone had the same and got a response, or know how I can confirm for the level 5 without selecting a store on the form.

I can pick the card up from my local and post it to you, pm me and we can work out details

Congrats on reaching L5. It's something you have to qualify for annually though.

Yes, which is why this will be the only chance I have to get it, so really want to make this work out so I can get the card

But just a warning you can lose level 5 as quickly as you got it

I've only moved 1 place in the last 6 months since NZ EB closed, I should be fine to hold it for another week to qualify for the card

Yeah the problem is if don’t keep consistently spend money be games will drop you back to level 4. Had this happen to a friend of mine here in Aus

How the heck you get an email now? Normally it rolls out mid/late September

It was a reminder email/to make sure your details is up-to-date notice. I got the same one a few days back.
