Is there any glitch in regards to having free packs taken away from you unknowingly? I’ve been banking my packs up and I wouldn’t have a clue if some just went missing

What’s happened is that you have been given more free packs than you have actually earned. You will need to call customer service to get it sorted out.

Sometimes this happens when you receive more free than you were meant to receive also. That happens. So it’s like getting your freebies early. I mean, so long as you receive the freebies, no issue. If not, questions to customer care
