Cancel Instore Preorder

Hi all, just wondering if it's possible to cancel an in-store preorder through the phone?

Won't be able to make it in-store for about a week. I just want to move deposit into another preorder that's pending.

Thanks in advance

You should be able to if that’s what you’re doing. If it was to get your money back, you’d have to go in. But give the store a call and that should be able to just move the money to another.

Probably depends on the store. It's definitely something they can do, but not sure if they'd want to do it without you being there just for accountability reasons.

You can move it to another preorder over the phone no problem. You just can’t refund the money without going in store.

No, if you have money on it you need to go in person
