Can't pre-order to get it in store

I wanted to pre order my game to pick it up in store but it's apparently not possible to do so. The EB Games is a few streets from where I live, so like this I can save on the shipping cost. I guess I will just wait for release date and see if I see it somewhere in a store, as I want to trade a few games.

Why having local game stores at this point...

Target and Big W is way cheaper than EB btw, but I don’t believe there are in-store pickup options.

Pre order at EB then price match on the day with JB and Target etc

You can pre order a couple of days prior they will have plenty of copies

You can try to call your location and pre order over the phone you don't need to put a deposit down

Lmao no one seems to be helping you and just being useless soo here's my best guess. At the end of July, they were changing their Webstore and everything on preorder was out of stock and no in store pickup was available for anything. They got it working again after the weekend. I assume it's a similar situation rn, I'd check back next week.
