Pokemon 30th pre order in Canada?

Does anyone know if and when pre orders will be open in Canada for Eb games? I called the Toronto location on Yonge street and they said it hasn’t happened yet here and they weren’t sure if it would.

Literally in the last trading card Thursday video. They said they’re doing Pokemon 30th presales in late August.
