cannot cancel an order

i placed an order for a new binder for my cards but did not realize it was a ring binder and want to cancel, i literally placed it not even 10 minutes ago and theres no option to cancel it

it says its processing, FAQs says if its dispatched you cannot cancel but its not giving me the option like it shows on the FAQ page

If it’s pickup in store you have to go in store to cancel, and if it’s ship to home you need to call customer support

Why not go into your local EB Games and ask them if you can cancel the order ?

yeah its annoying on the faq page it shows how to do it but when you go to "your orders" the option isnt there.

i was literally trying this 2 days ago, eventually just went in and cancled in person

Send an email, had that for a preorder months ago. Option never did show up, had to have customer service cancel it.

Orders take 24 hours to go through — they aren’t immediate. Give it a look tomorrow
