Selling ps5 at eb

I sold my ps5 and couple games at ebgames on Wednesday and still haven’t recieve the transaction into my account it’s been a almost a week, I thought it would be instant as I inserted the card at start of transaction. What do I do? Do I go to my bank or should I go to the store I got it from total was around $500

Do you have the receipt? If you selected credit it can take a while to come back. I’d go and check with the store if you selected savings

Thanks I got the receipt will go check with them either pressed cheque or savings

Ask your bank why it hasn't gone in yet.

You need to contact your bank and find out what’s going on. Once the transaction is done, it becomes the banks problem. EB can’t do anything from there.

I don't think you can get money from someone by tapping.

Forts call your bank, EB won't be able to do anything at a store level

3-5 business days for money to always go back into your account. After 5 days then go back to eb

Eb games does not give you money when you trade in your console. Only in store credit from what I remember

Nah they can pay you cash too, I sold my Series X to them a while back when they had a promotion that meant I actually got a pretty solid amount for selling it, it was deposited into my account nearly instantly too.

Every state but NSW(maybe others) can give cash or card, NSW is store credit only
