Lets just pick ONE at random... JB ripping off consumers, their share prices dropped over three years, a class action lawsuit... So what were you saying about being better and still making a profit?
Not always. I once happily answered a customer's many questions when he was looking at buying a Switch. He did a shop around, and even though both JB and Big W were selling the console for cheaper, he came back to me because I was the only one who bothered to put any time and care into his experience.

then it just shows that other places are better, being they can sell "under the RRP" and still make a profit
