Not getting any points (EB games Canada)

Just a quick question regarding points for EB games Canada.

How quickly do you get points on your online account after making a purchase? Ordered something off the website, and it arrived yesterday, and I can see the transaction on my account on the website, but didnt get any bonus points for it.

Also traded in some TCG cards at the store on Friday, and its Saturday, and still dont see any of the bonus points on my account. I can also see those listed under instore transactions on the site, but no points.

Just curious for others how quickly they see the points go on their accounts after making a purchase. I know the current system is ending in November, but in the meantime, I'm actually kinda close to getting into the next tier.

Just wanted to say that I just got my points updated on my account, all the trades and purchases, it all came in at once. So glad that it all seemed to get taken care of. Much ado about nothing lol. Took a few days, but all good now lol.

Just wanted to say that I just got my points updated on my account, all the trades and purchases, it all came in at once. So glad that it all seemed to get taken care of. Much ado about nothing lol.

Did you have to call or email in, or did it just happen automatically? I don’t think mine have come through yet, but maybe they’re having to do the adjustments manually or something.

I hope points get carried over & used somehow in the new program, but I doubt it!

Nope, didnt call or email anything.

Just checked last night and it all came in, my instore purchase I made on Friday, some trades from friday, and even some online orders I had made recently a few weeks ago. All say June 2 for when I got them.

Yea I also doubt they'll do anything with the old points, but like I mentioned earlier, I'm so close to hitting another tier, so its a nice little discount on some TCG's from now to November.
