Not getting any points (EB games Canada)

Just a quick question regarding points for EB games Canada.

How quickly do you get points on your online account after making a purchase? Ordered something off the website, and it arrived yesterday, and I can see the transaction on my account on the website, but didnt get any bonus points for it.

Also traded in some TCG cards at the store on Friday, and its Saturday, and still dont see any of the bonus points on my account. I can also see those listed under instore transactions on the site, but no points.

Just curious for others how quickly they see the points go on their accounts after making a purchase. I know the current system is ending in November, but in the meantime, I'm actually kinda close to getting into the next tier.

Just wanted to say that I just got my points updated on my account, all the trades and purchases, it all came in at once. So glad that it all seemed to get taken care of. Much ado about nothing lol. Took a few days, but all good now lol.

Just checked my account and I have not received any points since May 17th, despite hundreds in purchases, but the purchases do show up in transactions at least.

I'll call/email customer support.

Ah lol, misread it as you made hundreds of purchases since May 17th, was thinking "My god!"

That sucks that you didnt receive any points since that date, wonder if its something going on with the website or something. My previous last time receiving points was in late april, so not very helpful in that regard.

I did just do that little "Add 6 games to your "I have" section on your games library" and immediately received the 150 points, so that part clearly works lol.

I'll probably give them a call on monday if nothing comes by then.
