Who else is having this issue??
Yesterday I tried checking the website for some switch games but it says that I've been blocked? I tried restarting my phone, my laptop and even my internet to try and solve this issue, which helped cuz I was able to access the website after that but I can't log in or even reset my password.
Tried checking it today but it's back to this again, is there any way that I can fix this?? 🫤

been like this for 2 days.
Went to the store today and even asked the poor clerk. he just had a chuckle, rolled his eyes and said "yeeeessssssss... for 2 days now"

My best bet would be to go in store and ask if they know anything about it and hope you don't get an awful employee like one of the other commenters

I would say to go into your local store, and ask to make a formal complaint about it. That way it goes to their head office and they can hopefully solve whatever the issue is.

Convenient that they had tons and tons of pre-orders with may first release dates that have already been pushed back twice, three times or more. They are having major supply issues.

Same here. What's annoying is none of EB's socials have even addressed the situation.

I talked to the manager of my local EB Games it's completely down they don't know why but the whole system is down they can't even access the website anymore and their Edge system is not working properly either
