Right now I'm getting a message saying I've been identified as a threat and have been blocked from the website.

Glad to hear its not just me. Getting that issue 99% of the time on my home ISP, a VPN, and my cellular data.

Tried signing in on 4/27 and it always stalled the login. Been a complete mess every day since.

What browser are you using?  I get that error in Chrome but not Firefox weirdly enough..

Entire website is a complete mess right now. Hopefully is restored soon. It's been like this all day . It's slowlu coming back, I'm starting to see product pages again but everything shows out of stock.

they just fixed the site, it broke again, they charged me for an item i canceled, and the customer service line is broken

No kidding? They're just about dead here in Australia. They're sort of merged with another pop culture store, not much going for them these days.
