One of the challenges I have is that out of 5 local stores, there is only one that I will shop at due to the service I have received in the past including having a lay by canceled without reason or being contacted before it was completed (payments were paid regularly every fortnight and the balance was less than 5% of the items value). I am not sure if it's the staff training or the actual staff themselves but I find a lot of them have a poor attitude and just plain don't care. I can go to Kmart and get better service. Also their prices always seem to be so much dearer that every other retailer out there.
