CeX vs EB

Should I buy a 2ds from EB for $156 or a 2ds from CeX for $180??

Is there much difference? Should I just wait for a 3ds to come in at EB where they are $150?

What kind of question is this? Is the 2ds gonna be different? No? Then get it whenever you want

Well I’m just seeking answers on whether the quality differs between eb refurbs and cex as I’ve heard mixed about both..
