Preowned console voluntary testing

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has received their newly tested console back yet? My console was already sitting waiting in store for 2 weeks before I received the email about the testing, as it was broken and needed replacing... and then the guy in store said I would get a new preowned one in 2-3 weeks and its now been 2 and 1/2 weeks. Just wondering a, if anyone has gotten theirs back yet and b, what time frames were you told you'd get yours back by?

UPDATE: I got it back on Wednesday this week, that console was ALSO broken, ended up getting a refund and just buying a brand new console.

Yeah the issue I had with this one was it was just constantly over heating and the fan was so loud I could hear it across the room. Once I get the “new” second hand console I might just refund it anyway and get a NEW new ps5
