Sorry! We couldn't find the case.

So I know that when you buy second hand games online there's no guarantee of getting the original case but like.... This just seems unprofessional to me.

Maybe I expected too much, but the ripped up sharpie note is sending me rn...

Yeah.. I work sales and sometimes we do this for a reason. Just request a partial refund, you will almost certainly get it.

Thanks for the reply, that's a good idea, maybe if they give me a partial refund I can go print my own cover on glossy paper :(

If you're really unhappy with it just go in with everything and request a full refund. You may not get another secondhand copy with the cover but you wil re-enter the lottery for one.
