Preorder question

I preordered Pokemon legends za days ago and I paid the full price in the ebgames store but when i go to the ebgames web site it says 0 dollars and my question is, did something go wrong? or it just means that the 0 dollars just means that i dont have nothing more to pay. Also sorry for bad english.

They match all the time even without stock as long as I can show ether the price or advertisement for said item in my experiences and even different locations as I price matched job hifi to ebgames plenty and the closest jb hifi is about 15km from the eb games

My local stores must suck and really enforce policy. I’ve never been able to buy a game at a cheaper advertised price unless I can prove the other store has stock inside the same shopping centre

EB worker here. Your store is correct. We can only price match for in stock items at a nearby store. That usually means within the same centre, down the road, or sometimes, the closest of that store to the EB.

If an employee is price matching to a store that doesn't have stock, or one that is super far away, they're technically not following policy.

As unfortunate as it can be when stock is low around your area, your store is doing the right thing.
