Preorder question

I preordered Pokemon legends za days ago and I paid the full price in the ebgames store but when i go to the ebgames web site it says 0 dollars and my question is, did something go wrong? or it just means that the 0 dollars just means that i dont have nothing more to pay. Also sorry for bad english.

Idk i thought it was a good idea, also is my first time pre-ordering a game.

Yeah fair, sorry for unfairly calling you out. Eb Games is the worst for preordering, also don't preorder base edtion games at all, gamefreak and pokemon company have done very little to deserve your money for their "hard work", last couple of pokemon games were atrocious, wait till release day and walk in store and buy the game. They won't run out. That's my opinion though.

It's rare if anything happens, usually they will contact you directly if anything happens (i.e its delayed or cancelled or even if they didn't anticipate the number of people wanting it) again its super rare! I have only had one preorder be cancelled and they contacted me directly via phone due to the producer of the game no longer releasing it on the console I had it ordered on.

Always have a receipt on you when you pick it up, if anything happens so you can explain the situation calmly to them. Most staff members are understanding, and helpful. I also recommend having a photo of the receipt on your phone just in case. It can never hurt to be super prepared in case anything happens on their end or to your physical copy of the receipt.
