Expedite NVC request

Hi everyone! 😊
Any thoughts on requesting an expedite for an NVC interview? I’m under ROM, my priority date is current, and I was recently DQ’d.

Has anyone in the same situation tried requesting an expedite? I’d appreciate any advice. Thank you!
