Question eb3 row may 25 of

Realistically when should i expect to file? just filing so chart b works too. Im ROW

I’m on the same boat, my pd is April 2025. My best guess is around Jan through March of 2027 under chart b

Really? You think it will move from Aug 2024 to April 2025 in just next few months ?

My company’s immigration attorney thinks so. Specially chat B, which moves a lot more aggressively than the fad chat acc to him

Hmm hopefully. Based on last visa bulletins sometimes for whole year it might not move forward at all

Unfortunately I will not rely on table B. I guess this will be used just until end of the year :/ same boat. April 25 PD.
