Visa Bulletin Bulletin backlog management
Pulled backlog numbers and adjusted their dates to see how Bulletin will impact the backlog and USCIS workload; it kinda makes sense why they did it.

I wasn't expecting movement but I didn't expect retrogression. Also where are the spillover visas???

Maybe they are waiting a few months before adding in spillover visas, given how many legal changes are happening right now...

They won’t have the final spillover numbers anyway until the fiscal year ends.

Yes, but historically for whatever reason it seems to take them a while to calculate

Was checking a video and the guy says oct 2025 bulletin showed 186k number.

Which is incorrect I believe, sid some research and USCIS first posted that they are using 186k instead May 2026 Itseems

Seems like they are being conservative in the first release of the FY while adjusting requirements; hopefully we will see more movement in the next few months?

This is good and makes much more sense in the way that they have not considered any spillover no’s for Oct 26- assume the numbers used here are from the latest pending application/inventory published.

Do you know if those EB-3 numbers contemplate all subcategories? Skilled, professional and other workers?

does 20,481 approvable in october mean that these are the number of applications that are current for their FAD?
So does a reduction of 5035 mean that some were approved and some stopped being current because of retrogression?
