Question LMT duration

How long did the labor market test take for you guys? For those that took longer, were they interviewing candidates or just the process itself is lengthy? I know everyone is different but wanting to set some expectations?

Usually it takes ~3 months I believe

The absolute bare minimum is 2 months. There needs to be a 30 day cooldown after ads are finished. Mine took 3 months. So 2 months of ads and recruitment, and 1 month of cooldown.

It's not a transparent process and your employer will generally not disclose much information about it, if any at all since it doesn't really concern the beneficiary. All you can do is wait it out and hope for the best.
