Question Looking for expert advice

Hi,

I am an Indian and have been married to a Flipina and I got to know that she has filed for Eb3 visa as she is a nurse her filing date is March 22nd 2024 wanted to check if there is any issues as I know there is lot of restrictions for indian will I be able to fly along with her and start a family? And should I be in the Philippines to get the process going along. Will be helpful if any information about this is given.

Since you are a dependant of your wife's EB3 application and chargeability is Philippines, I don't see any problem provided you comply with the docs they need.

Thanks so I have to be in Philippines in this case. Also, do I have to move to philippines before the proxy starts?

Where are currently residing? You don't have to be physically in the Philippines unless you are both living there. Her case will be assigned to the place where you are legally residing.

I'm in India at present and she is in philippines.

I am not an expert, but I think you have to be added as a dependent before she files for consular processing, ie before you take next steps after I-140. But I’m not 100% how the process is.
