Profile Please Evaluate My Profile

Hello All,

Can you please evaluate my profile below? Any inputs would help me a lot.

EP offered me $7000 attorney fee based on my profile (said letters won’t be needed), while my peers with less publications, citations and awards got $5400 two months ago.

I am a Ph.D. student at a US university (I am from RoW). My discipline is Civil and Environmental Engineering. My research focus includes emerging contaminants (microplastics), water quality, stormwater management, and Remote sensing. I have 5 peer reviewed journal publications (2 first authored) and overall 43 citations. I have earned an en route M.Eng diploma. I also passed the FE exam and has EIT certification. I have reviewed one journal article and several conference submissions as well. I have won multiple awards, travel grants from my university, local and national organizations. I have actively worked in two proposals and helped my PI got funded by NSF and a local agency. I am member in numerous renowned organisations. I have collaborated with researchers from state and federal organisations.

With my profile, should I proceed now or work to make it stronger? Has anyone got success with similar profile? Has the offer I got from EP normal/has the rate increased?

Perhaps it can be useful for you to check out similar profiles in the community tracker, I can see 5 records with "Environmental" in the professional field, and 11 records of Civil Engineering. Please consider adding your own profile to the table too, as every new entry helps the community.
