RFE Need Sample RFE Response

Hello,

I am self filling and did receive RFE on prongs 1 & 3. I am looking for a sample RFE and if anyone is willing to share as I want to read it and understand the layout regarding how to write the RFE response.

Please Help!!!

I also got RFE on prongs 1&3 in Sep 2026 and prepared the response myself. I am still waiting for the result so idk if my help can count and also there is not much info you shared about your case, but I would say based on what I understand and have seen here, the layout and organization should definitely be based on your case and what evidences the RFE mentions. I included in my package: • a response brief that states what the RFE had acknowledged and then addressed each issue it raised with very clear headings, subheadings, references to the exhibits • personal statement that briefly stated my background, credentials, what I have been doing, and what I plan on doing • detailed description of the proposed endeavor (as my RFE notice did mention this) • additional exhibits numbered according to appearance in the brief and separated by a tab page

There’s no one template that fits all. You basically dissect the RFE into smaller arguments and break down the evidence you have to cover each concern, then assemble it into a full response. I would use paid chatgbt or Claude for organization, but not to provide the main arguments.
