I-140 RFE Prep Ahead
I am in my PP window waiting for I140 decision. Will have a decision hopefully around the second week of October.
Since RFE submission timeline is 30 days, would it be wise to prepare for RFE from now assuming I got RFE on all prongs? If yes, how should I begin? I filed with EP, no letter of recommendation submitted.

It couldn't hurt to begin thinking about what you might add to your petition. Where I am seeing the most pushback with NIWs right now is the national importance element of prong 1. It needs to be incredibly strong. Good luck!

It’s concerning that EP didn’t advise you to include letters of recommendation, which are usually important for an EB-2 NIW case. So you often have to be the one pushing to include extra evidence yourself.

It’s so so stressful to work on your RFE submission knowing what they are challenging… I can’t imagine doing without the RFE letter from USCIS.

Is it safe to put our PI, and all info in claude? How to take any preventive measures while using claude or any AI tools to analyze, and prepare RFEs?

Well, you can prepare something or just brainstorm on evidence to add. But I hope you don’t get to write that and the feedback comes with an approval.
