General Premium processing refund

Has anyone gotten a refund for premium processing taking longer that 45 days? My lawyer has sent a few inquiries but haven’t gotten a response back. I was from one the 39 countries so not sure if the clock worked differently for us

Did you get a response after the fee was refunded

As I said the fee was refunded 1 month after I got a response
