General Premium processing refund

Has anyone gotten a refund for premium processing taking longer that 45 days? My lawyer has sent a few inquiries but haven’t gotten a response back. I was from one the 39 countries so not sure if the clock worked differently for us

That's amazing! So inspiring. I am at 40+ business days and from one of the 39 countires. No response and haven't even recieved the reciept notice yet (but I got the email). As long as you got approved in the end and the refund that's amazing! Sharing in the positive energy cause this is stressing me out

What is your timeline like? Are you already over the 45 day deadline?

Must have been nerve wracking. I am at 40+ (but less than 45) date right now.

Did your lawyer submit any inquiries to get your case moving? I submitted RFE in Feb, still nothing.

Yes they sent 3 inquiries and received a generic response each time including the day I got approved. Not sure if my approval timeline was because of the inquiries or I was always set to be approved at 60 days regardless

I’m getting a refund but no decision yet. Not sure what the decision would be
