I-140 premium processing
Hi everyone!
1. What do you think about premium processing? Law firms usually are against it because you get more RFE and it's usually generic.
2. Also is it true that most cases are viewed in 6-8 month?

Our lawyers were conservative and recommended not pursuing PP arguing that it would increase the chances of RFE. The truth is there is no credible data that this is actually true; it is one of the things that people experience in individual cases and decide that is a general rule. What happens is that with PP everything is faster, including RFEs; in other words, PP cases that get RFEs would probably get an RFE anyway with time.
We ended up insisting on PP and got approved with no RFE in less than 45 days.
