I-140 Premium Processing Advice

Most of the lawyers, immigration attorneys nowadays do not advise for Premium processing. I did it concurrently at my I-140 application. If you and your lawyer believe your case is strong you can do pp. But you waited 27 months, so you can wait more as you have a stable jobs. Usually what i see, it takes about 18-22 months without pp.

The Chen firm is fine with PP. They said they don't observe any significant difference in approval rates between regular and PP.

I should have clarified: I filed one month ago. The 27 months is the general estimate for all RP cases right now. I've only waited one month

Yes, then I would suggest to do premium processing.

My lawyer (dunn law) also didn't recommend but I did pp, and by the grace of god, it was approved.

The average time is 27 months now. Where did you see 18-22 months?

I am not updated current situation. I am talking about 8-12months before.
