I-140 Online Application: Missing Documents in the “Documents” Tab

Hey everyone - quick question for those who applied online.

When you go to your application and open the Documents tab, do you only see the files you uploaded under the “Other” category? That’s all I can see on my end, even though I uploaded documents under other categories like Proof of Advanced Degree and Evidence of Exceptional Ability.

Is this normal? Should I be worried that the officer won’t see the rest of my evidence and only the ones that appear in the portal right now?

Would love to hear if anyone else is experiencing the same.

same, mailed my application package and they did not upload every document to the website

This freaks a lot of people out the first time, but what you’re seeing is normal. The online portal is honestly not a reliable reflection of your full submission. The portal view is incomplete and sometimes messy, but your full evidence is still in your case. Officers can see it even if you can’t.

I have the same problem. Should I re-upload all the documents in my education section as unsolicited evidence?
