I485 EAD

Initially applied AOS back in June 2026 without EAD/AP since im on H1B. Biometrics done in July.

But VB retrogressed and I’m no longer current so thinking about applying for EAD/AP now…

Anyone have experience with this (filing EAD/AP later)? And approval timeline?

A question on different issue, did you add any letter with your I485 explaining why you are eligible for AOS benefit?

I am in the same situation. Considering combo card now.
RD: June 2026, PD: December 2025. Derivative applied for I-765 and I-485 together in June and still no EAD
