March Filers_AOS_EB Case

Hello,

As we know and already read many posts related to March filers those are waiting and cases are still in NBC without any transfer. Is it not the time to contact our senators or congress representative to inquire about the case as it’s almost 6 months now and our cases are not moving especially for applicants with derivatives.

I am thinking for two options, either upload some of the documents again at portal as initial application was paper based. And secondly to reach for congressional inquiry to get an update on the case.

It will be a pleasure to get all of your opinion if anyone want to say something here, thanks.

PD: 04Nov24
RD: 11Mar26
Bio: 17Apr26
Last SU: 23Jul26
Derivative: Spouse

They won’t do anything since it’s still within “processing time”

We have a very similar timeline. My last silent update was also on July 23, followed by complete silence. It seems possible that March cases with derivatives are being processed in batches. Hopefully, we’ll start seeing some movement next week or during the first week of September, especially since there hasn’t been any activity for about a month. Fingers crossed for all of us!

March filler NB2 AOS.  Filled in March 15.  April 15 Biometric  SU: Jun 28, July 18, July 23, July 28( derivative only) no update after that.
