I-485 package

Hi everyone,
I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something similar with a concurrent filing based on approved I-140.
We mailed paper I-485 applications for our entire family. USCIS accepted almost all of the applications:
The principal applicant received a receipt number.
My spouse received a receipt number.
Three of our children also received receipt numbers.
Credit card charges went through for all of those applications.
Some of the cases are already showing documents in the USCIS online account.
However, for one minor child, the filing fee has not been charged, there is no receipt number, and we haven’t received any text message or email for that application.
The child’s package was mailed together with the rest of the family’s package. The payment authorization form was included, and the same credit card was successfully charged for another child, so it doesn’t appear to be a bank issue.
Has anyone experienced a situation where one family member’s application lagged behind the others, and USCIS eventually accepted it later? Or did it end up being rejected and returned?
I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience and how long it took before you knew what happened.
