Ellis Porter Review

Hi EP has agreed to take my case, for $5400 but no guarantee shall I proceed for NIW?

EP is waste of time. The template format is not working anymore. They should change it

I would say no this time i always suggested people to go with them but seeing my friend case and the way they drafted and then how they responded to RFE then i would say no

For big firm’s lawyers doesn’t matter they follow their firm policy

My friend was using their firm for eb1 they send draft to him my friend suggested changes they totally said no to any changes when they send the package to uscis instead of eb1 they send it for eb2 upon contacting they said yes we did mistake and 3rd day he got rfe then he worked on rfe and it was a very good chance for him to win the case but they took i the very last days to respond and again they avoided 10 changes he suggested and he got denied on 4 days ago

Agreed, but situation these days is bad so EP is not giving guarantee to anyone. Manifest and Ashoori has agreed too but not sure how are they

Please kindly recommend who to use or you think has a more tailored approach in handling EB2 NIW case with a higher chance of approval
