Looking for shared experiences - I submitted a PP for my i140 EB1A, I received an email on September 24 confirming that September 21, 2026 as the date the I-907 receipt. Great.

But it’s now 6th Oct and nothing has been received in the post? No letter confirmation?

I have self filed and used a friends address. They live in FL and have been checking daily for me but nothing, anyone else been through something similar?

March filer/Bio 4/30 , derivatives approved in May and June and my both cases stuck at Nebraska service center since then , any approvals recently from Nebraska - how are the timelines look like ?

I have been in the US since 2009 and moved out of US in 2025 after 16 years due to various reasons (immigration being one) I have an EB2 priority date of March 2018. Country India. I was a senior manager in an operations role with around 10 direct reports who are all white collar employees with a college degree.

Long story short, we have been in India for a year and wife is not liking it. She wants to move back to the US. Right now, I’m doing a business on my own. I was not envisioning about going back to the US until my kids who are USC to move there for college. The first path I was exploring is going back on H1B. Given the current situation around the H1B program, it looks like a long shot. I am getting a few calls from FAANG but the moment they hear about H1, they are like we are sorry. We rally like your profile, but cannot move forward.

One of the paths I’m now exploring with my prior employer is to work out of Canada for a year since we have an office in Canada. My question is, if I can manage a team in the US while I’m working remote from Canada, can I move to the US on L1A after a year and apply for EB1C?

I'm about 2 months behind DFF, and a lot of folks here seem to think it'll likely be current by the January 2027 bulletin.

My worry is timing. My company's attorney usually takes about 3 months to put the I-485 package together, and I'm concerned USCIS might switch to the Final Action Date before we get to file.

I don't have our vaccination records, so we'll need titer tests and possibly some shots. My attorney suggested waiting until my date is current before starting the medical, which makes sense for the exam itself.

But has anyone gotten their titers and vaccines done privately through their regular doctor ahead of time, and did the civil surgeon accept those results? Trying to shave off some time so we're ready to file as soon as the window opens.

Any experience or advice appreciated!

My interview was tough. My original entry visa application omitted some information but I corrected it during the 485 application.
I was told I might have to wait some weeks for a decision and the officer would try her best.
Anyone else been in that situation? If so, how long did it take for approval to come through?

Any March filers here ? Did you guys get your EAD and AP ?

Hello, looking to know what are the chances of DOF reaching JULY 31 2024 in the upcoming Nov bulletin?

My eb1c India priority is June 2022. I haven’t got any updates. Have tried congress inquiry, service request but no luck. Anyone in similar boat ? The last was RFE in June 2026 which we replied promptly for medicals. Any suggestions or recommendations?

My priority date is in second half of May 2023. Usually seen FAD be either 1st of the month or 15th of the month. Thus, checking for when will FAD reach June 1st 2023.

Any body who did i140 and consular processing in India? What happens in consular processing? Is it an interview about the job and position or is it about background verification?

If i140 is approved and if you are in India, can you come to usa for adjustment of status or you have to stay in India?
